PLACING AN ORDER

  • The majority of orders are processed within 2-3 business days; however, bigger purchases and freight shipments may require longer processing times.
  • The following business day will be used to process orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday.
  • Only the address supplied at the time of ordering is valid for shipping. Changes to your address are not accepted.

BACKORDERS

  • Should an item become unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you by email and phone.
  • The temporarily out of stock portion of your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded if we don't hear from you within 2 business days.

ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

  • Following the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this. Please contact us so that we can provide you your order number if you are still unable to find your order confirmation.
  • An email message will be sent to you once a shipping label has been created. With larger orders, you might receive multiple emails.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

HydroponicsTown offers shipping to all 50 states. But because of product limitations, some items cannot be transported to certain states.

We don't deliver to PO boxes.

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

  • As soon as your packages arrive, please inspect each one thoroughly.
  • Please notify HydroponicsTown and the courier right away if any things are damaged or missing.
  • After 5 days following delivery confirmation, we will not recognise lost or shipping damage claims. Or we will arrange for a new replacement for free of charge

Free shipping is allowed on orders value is above $250

RETURNS

  • If for some reason you would like to return a product you must contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be in the original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less all shipping and handling charges and a 20% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. You may not return any items that have been used or are not in new original condition. Returns will only be accepted for a period of 30 days after order placed, and once our team approved and provide RMA. You will also need to prepare your item(s) for shipment.
